VISION AND MISSION

To promote Christian way of life according to its faith practices and doctrine of the Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church particularly among the migrant community of the Mar Thoma Church in Christchurch and other regions of South Island, New Zealand

Administer the liturgy and sacraments of the Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church

To work for the cause of ecumenism

To carry out activities to accomplish the Evangelistic and Mission objectives of the Church along with the spiritual and personal development of the community, through Sunday school, Youth League, Prayer meetings and other services as deemed necessary

To encourage and assist the community members to play an active part in the wider New Zealand society as responsible citizens based on Christian principles and way of life
